| For orders collected in person from The
PMC Studio we accept cash payments in addition to debit cards,
credit cards, cheques and postal orders. |
| Returns |
| We offer a 14 day return policy. Goods
can be returned within 14 days provided the packaging is unopened,
the items are unused and in a re-saleable condition. Please
return via Special Delivery, Recorded or International registered
Mail. We will refund the price paid. However, you will be responsible
for the return postage. Unfortunately we will deduct a 5 per
cent handling cost if you have paid by debit or credit card. |

Full payment is required to secure a
place. You have the right to cancel a course up to three
weeks before the course date. After this period the course
fee is non-refundable and a £30 handling fee will be
incurred with the balance held in credit for another course. |
